The Woods Homeowner's Association, Inc.
Your neighborhood is supported and property values protected by the Deed Restrictions and Covenants that are a legal part of every homeowner's deed. Those same Deed Restrictions and Covenants also required the creation of The Woods Homeowner's Association, Inc., a Kentucky non-profit corporation. The WHOA is governed by duly elected volunteers from among your homeowner neighbors.
The work of the WHOA is governed by these very same documents and the stated purpose of the Association for every homeowner's benefit.
